Pesto de espinacas

INGREDIENTES:

  • 150g. espinacas
  • 100g. anacardos
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 90g. agua
  • Zumo 1/2 limón

PREPARACIÓN PREVIA:

  • Pelar y lavar las espinacas y los dientes de ajo

PASOS:

  1. Triturar todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada
